Commission

So, I have noticed, over time that in the retail setting in general that when I am shopping in a commission environment the customer service takes a serious dip.  While, yes the salesperson may be more attentive it is only because they are desperate for the commission or to up-sell you for more commission.  I am sure that many people do not feel this same way because they have worked on commission and think that it is great.  This is just my opinion.
